“Open Mat” Wrestling Room
Every Monday (Starting Monday, September 12th)
7:00-8:30pm
This is an open practice room for athletes of all ages that gives wrestlers the opportunity to practice, improve, and get live wrestling action.
While the Faribault Wrestling Association will have an adult supervisor on-hand at each session, they are not responsible for technique or workout sessions. No coaching is allowed per the MSHSL rules. However, we will have guest clinicians in our room from time to time. We will post those names and dates as they are scheduled.
The 2016-17 Captains have created a “workout practice plan” for athletes to follow. This is located on the wrestling room whiteboard. Take advantage of this opportunity and grab a partner(s) and begin today!
This is not a structured activity or practice and is free to Faribault Wrestlers K-12!
***Again, we encourage you to bring a partner!!!
Come on out and join us in support of Faribault Wrestling at the Legacy Golf Course on Friday, July 29.
