The Ride for Wrestling will be held on Saturday, September 20. Registration runs from 11:00 – 12:30 at Bashers followed by the Ride! Dinner, prize drawings, and music will begin at 6:00 back at Bashers!

The 21st Annual Faribault Wrestling Golf Tournament will once again be held the last Friday in July (7/25) with a start time of 1PM. Members of the University of Minnesota and Augsburg Wrestling Teams will be conducting “Freestyle and Greco Open Mat” to all Faribault K-12 wrestlers interested (cost is free). Great opportunity to learn about the Freestyle and Greco style of wrestling by some of the best college wrestlers in the country.

After winning Pool 8 last year (29th Place), the Green Machine tied Waseca 39-39 in the finals of Pool 2 (5th Place). Great job Green Machine! So many practices and hard work went into making the season great! Green Machine also came home with its first-ever NYWA State Champions, JT Hausen and Elliott Viland. Way to go, JT and Elliott!
